- Target Audience: Hands-on project managers and core team members
- Duration: 2 days
Desired Outcomes
- Provide a common vocabulary and understanding of the discipline of project management.

- Gain appreciation for leadership and influence competencies that are important in effective project management.

Project Management for Team Contributors
- Target Audience: Ancillary members of project teams
- Duration: Half-day
