OUR TRIPLOUS™ PLAYBOOK
Triploús is the Greek word for triple, or threefold.
Our Triploús™ Playbook denotes our three modes of engagement with customers:
- Advising and Training
- Mentoring and Coaching
- Facilitating and Leading
Triploús™ Playbook:
Advising and Training
Through phone, Skype, or face to face contact, we jointly identify your key issues and problems, and provide ideas and suggestions on how to address them. The outcome may include on-site classroom training in one or more of our triploús areas of competence. It may consist simply of providing you some ideas and suggestions.
If your issues fall outside our experience or expertise, we’ll help you, free of charge, find somebody who has what you need.
Coaching and Mentoring
We will work directly with project team leaders and with entire teams to help you achieve real results. Areas of coaching include, but are not limited to: chartering and planning projects, identifying selecting and applying appropriate continuous improvement tools, defining experimental strategy and interpreting results, closing out projects.
Leading and Facilitating
If either your bandwidth or experience level is insufficient, we can fill the role of project manager for jointly selected projects. If you decide that you could benefit from having an outside, neutral party to organize and facilitate a meeting, workshop, brainstorming session or other business event, we can provide help as a one-off session or as an ongoing service.
